Important Notice
This is NOT a full-time or part-time employee position.
This is a remote Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity paid on a flat-fee-per-qualified-appointment basis.
You will not be responsible for closing sales. Your primary responsibility is to identify prospective clients, initiate conversations, and schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective dental practices.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email, networking, and referrals.
- Build professional relationships with dental practice owners and decision-makers.
- Schedule and confirm qualified appointments.
- Follow up with prospects when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointment details.
- Collaborate with the WebeBuilder team to support business growth.
Compensation
- Flat fee paid for each qualified appointment that meets company criteria.
- Additional performance bonuses may be available.
- No sales closing responsibilities required.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, business development, or marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental practices, healthcare marketing, websites, or digital marketing is helpful but not required.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Facebook and Instagram engagement, email communication, and online networking is preferred but not required.
