Position Overview
This is a campaign setup-only role. The contractor will be responsible for building Google Ads campaigns based on the client’s services, location, budget, and marketing goals.
After the campaign setup is completed, WebeBuilder’s internal team will review, manage, monitor, and optimize the campaign.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in Google Ads campaign structure, keyword research, ad copywriting, local targeting, and lead generation campaign setup.

Responsibilities
- Create Google Ads campaign structure for dental practices
- Set up Search campaigns for local dental lead generation
- Set up Performance Max campaigns when assigned
- Conduct keyword research based on dental services and local search intent
- Organize campaigns by service, location, or treatment category
- Create ad groups with relevant keywords and match types
- Write clear, professional, and conversion-focused ad copy
- Add call assets, sitelinks, callouts, and structured snippets
- Set up location targeting based on the client’s service area
- Recommend daily budget and bidding strategy
- Create a starter negative keyword list to reduce wasted ad spend
- Review landing pages and provide basic conversion recommendations
- Prepare campaign setup notes for WebeBuilder’s internal management team
- Follow WebeBuilder’s campaign setup checklist and quality standards
Required Experience
- Proven experience setting up Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Search campaigns and keyword strategy
- Experience with local service-based lead generation
- Ability to write strong ad copy for service businesses
- Understanding of negative keywords, match types, targeting, and ad assets
- Ability to create organized campaign structures that are easy to manage
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete assigned projects on time
- Clear communication and professional work habits
Preferred Experience
- Experience with dental, healthcare, or medical marketing
- Experience setting up campaigns for local businesses
- Familiarity with Performance Max campaigns
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience creating campaigns focused on phone calls, appointment requests, form submissions, and online booking clicks
Important Access & Security Notes
For client security, the contractor will only receive the access needed to complete the assigned campaign setup.
The contractor will not receive ownership of the Google Ads account, billing access, client payment information, or long-term account access.
After the campaign setup is completed and reviewed, WebeBuilder may remove contractor access from the account.

Project Scope
Each campaign setup may include:
- Campaign structure
- Ad groups
- Keywords
- Negative keyword starter list
- Ad copy
- Location targeting
- Budget and bidding recommendations
- Ad assets/extensions
- Basic landing page feedback
- Setup notes and handoff summary
Ongoing campaign management, optimization, reporting, and client communication will be handled separately by WebeBuilder’s internal team unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This is a project-based contractor role. Compensation will be based on campaign complexity, number of campaigns, and required setup tasks.
